Marlow Dental
The clinic's receptionist spent half the day on the phone answering the same question: "Do you have anything tomorrow?" In the evenings and at weekends the clinic lost patients because nobody was there to pick up.
Now the nearest free slots are right on the first screen of the site. A patient picks a doctor and a time, and the clinic confirms within an hour. People with toothache get a separate emergency button: every morning the clinic keeps free slots for them.
The site includes a staff portal. Doctors see their own schedules, the receptionist manages appointments, and the owner sees everything, including the sign-in log. The clinic changes the prices of all services itself, without us.
How it's built
The site and the staff portal are one Rust program with no WordPress or plugins, so the home page opens in a fraction of a second. All Russian and Kazakh texts live in one file, and no page can ship with a missing translation.
Staff sign-in is protected: suspicious addresses are blocked, and the owner sees a log of every sign-in.
Who this suits
Dental practices, clinics, beauty salons, and any business that works by appointment and loses clients when nobody is free to answer the phone.
